As your Seller's Representative, I take pride in offering a smooth and streamlined selling process. While listing your home for sale can sometimes be an overwhelming task, rest assured that I will be alongside you to manage all of the logistics in order to navigate your sale to the closing table. 

From the beginning of the process, we will complete a pre-listing meeting to discuss multiple very important items. Based on the present values and market activity, we will discuss the suggested listing price for your home as well as my tailored marketing strategy and conclude with a full overview of the entire selling process. We will also discuss staging tips and tricks, the role your property's major systems play in the sale, confirm showing details / instructions, and execute the listing paperwork along with all associated disclosures. 

My services continue as property showings are requested and offers submitted. It is my job to ensure that each showing is completed by following your individual showing instructions / guidelines and that each offer is vetted and verified to be valid. We will review, in person, all offers that have been submitted on your property and discuss in length the terms / conditions and outlined timeframes being proposed. The negotiation and / or selection of an offer to meet your satisfaction is my main priority. 

After you've executed a buyer's offer to purchase your home, we will then transition into the second set of milestone targets. Working through property / insurance inspections, preparing the home for appraisal, satisfying contract contingencies, and confirming clear title to convey, are just a few of the main items that I will be pushing towards completing. 

After we've successfully received the clear to close, it is smooth sailing to the finish line... or closing table that is!
